Whether you are new to babywearing or already have experience, we focus on:
safe and ergonomic carrying

- hands-on guidance and adjustments
- Different carrier styles and wraps can be explored during the consultation.
cloth diaper support
Cloth diapers don’t have to be complicated.
I support you with:
- getting started with cloth diapers
- understanding different systems
- washing and care routines
- realistic solutions for your family life
- The goal is not perfection, but confidence and ease
elimination communication (EC)
Elimination communication can be gentle, flexible and adapted to your lifestyle.
I offer guidance for families who want to:
- understand their baby’s signals
- integrate EC in a relaxed way
- combine EC with cloth diapers or disposables
- find their own rhythm, without pressure
Consultation are offered:
- in Ramstein
- or at your home in the surrounding area (off base)
- happy to offer on-base consultation upon request
- Sessions are practical, personal and focused on your questions and needs.
- There is space to try things out, ask questions and take your time.
